PROFESSIONAL & COMPLIANT
Professional from flight to delivery.
Malta Sky Media approaches every aerial project as a professional operation, not simply a drone flight. The aircraft is registered and the operator holds A1/A3 competency certification.
Flights are planned around the location, airspace and applicable Maltese and European requirements. Where an operation requires specific permission or coordination, this is addressed before filming.
Professional insurance is maintained for aerial operations, giving businesses, venues and production partners a clear and structured service from planning through delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before we take off.
A few useful answers before planning your aerial shoot.
Can you fly anywhere in Malta, Gozo or Comino?+
Not every location can be flown in the same way. Airspace, nearby infrastructure, people, local restrictions and the type of operation all matter. We assess the proposed location before confirming the flight and address any required permission or coordination in advance.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?+
Safety and image quality come first. Strong wind, rain or unsuitable visibility may require the flight to be rescheduled. When conditions are uncertain, we stay in contact and plan the most practical alternative.
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as possible, particularly for weddings, events or projects tied to a specific date. Straightforward shoots may sometimes be arranged at shorter notice, subject to weather, airspace and operational requirements.
Do you work with photographers, videographers and agencies?+
Yes. Malta Sky Media can provide aerial coverage as part of a wider production, coordinating with photographers, videographers, agencies, venues and other creative teams.
Can you provide content for websites and social media?+
Yes. Deliverables can be planned for websites, property listings, campaigns and social platforms, including aerial photographs, individual video clips and short edited sequences. Tell us where the content will be used when requesting a quote.
Are your drone operations insured and registered?+
Yes. Malta Sky Media operates with a registered aircraft, A1/A3 competency certification and professional insurance. Flights are planned around applicable Maltese and European operational requirements.
